NPHS AP Environmental Science Students Kayak the Etowah River

Earlier this year, students of Mr. Rodney Tumlin's AP Environmental Science classes paddled a 4-hour section of the Etowah River from Cartersville to Euharlee. Students were able to see wildlife, farms, riparian areas and plant Bowen, the single largest coal-fired power plant in the south-east.
